Located below the Great and about the same size. High ceilings and a great brick fireplace at one end. Mounds of brass pots and pans are heaped around the walls. There are preparation tables directly below the four house table in the Hall above. When it comes time for the feast the food is magically transported through the ceiling of the kitchens to the plates. The kitchens are staffed by over a hundred house-elves. The secret to getting here is to find a large painting of fruits that is located to one of the right halls down the main staircase to the entrance hall. This may seem weird, but tickle the pear, you'll get a surprise out of what happens!
